Hot Air Ballooning Your adventure begins upon arrival at our Sonoran desert launch site. You will receive a "pre-flight briefing" where you'll learn more about the hot-air balloon and how it flies, plus other facts you should know to make your flight as enjoyable as possible. All flights begin with the inflation of the balloon by motorized fans. Once the envelope is filled with air, the propane burners are ignited to heat the air inside. In about thirty minutes we are ready for flight. Once your balloon is inflated, you will join your pilot in the beautiful hand-crafted wicker basket. The luxurious, over-sized basket has plenty of room to allow everyone to enjoy the ride to the fullest. As you gently leave the Earth, you'll be amazed at how light the balloon feels. During the flight you have an unobstructed 360-degree view to take excellent photographs. $175 per guest
Bondurant Driving School A challenging multi-turn road course set up with pylons. Team Slalom: Groups test their skills as they race against the clock on the relay course. Lead & Follow: Drive the Bondurant 1.6 mile road course in a race prepared vehicle. Learn braking points and cornering techniques. ProKarts: Fun and easy to operate, these go-karts are powered by two, 6hp Briggs & Stratton engines and offer amazing high performance driving. Long pants and closed toe shoes are required. $300 – $950 per guest
Cattle Drives and Horseback Riding Drive your cattle through the old town of Pioneer, through the Old Army Fort and into the Sonoran Desert. Long pants, long-sleeved shirts and hats recommended. No open-toed shoes. $135 per guest includes lunch. Horseback riding only: $75 per guest
Hummer and Jeep Tours Hummer Tour: Spend about four hours on an unforgettable off-road experience through the serene mountains on the Tonto National Forest while aboard the unstoppable and unmatched Hummer. The Tonto is the largest National Forest in Arizona sizing in at just under 3 million acres. The picturesque views will not soon be forgotten. This adventure goes places that a normal off-road vehicle can’t and these vehicles will make it feel like a stroll in the park. The Hummer conquers the roughest terrain with ease. $120 per guest/Dinner in Desert is an additional $60 per guest
Jeep: Climb aboard a custom rigged 4x4 with you own personal cowboy guide and experience the awesome beauty of the Sonoran Desert! Your guide will demonstrate how the US Calvary and the Native Americans used abundant desert plant life to survive. Enjoy a leisurely nature walk or hike as you take in the majestic scenery of the old west the way it looked a hundred years ago. Travel scenic desert trails and learn the secrets of its past inhabitants. Visit up close and personal with the unique desert wildlife. An experience you'll remember for a lifetime! Gourmet sunrise breakfasts, lunches and sunset dinners set in the spectacular Sonoran Desert.
